Used Car Business Manager
Our client based in Liverpool is looking to recruit a business manager for their prestige used car sales department.
To be considered for this role you must have stable career history within main car dealership, be an experienced sales controller or business manager or transaction manager looking to progress to prestige brand.
As a successful candidate you'll take the time to build a strong rapport with customer's, handle the enquiry management process, support and motivate your sales team.
You'll make sure to maximise profits by treating your customers fairly, delivering exceptional levels of service. You will be settings individual targets and monitoring KPI's. Reviewing performance and make improvements. You will be on the shop floor who will oversee the deals, second face customers, drive F&I performance and control the sales process. You will work alongside the sales manager.
Client is offering compatitive basic salary with clear and achievable bonus structure.
