I was fortunate enough to deal with Olivia and it's safe to say without her I would have been lost, she helped me every step of the way and were it not for her invaluable advice on how to get through the interview I would have struggled. Having worked the same job for 14 years the idea of applying for jobs and interviews was frankly daunting. Olivia helped me with everything and coached me before hand I felt truly prepared to the point I actually thought I'd got the job before I did.
